Our Location

Dunlap, Tennessee, is a charming small town nestled within the stunning Sequatchie Valley, a region known for its lush green landscapes and striking geological features. As the county seat of Sequatchie County, Dunlap boasts a rich history that dates back to its founding in 1858 and its earlier origins as a Cherokee settlement. Today, it’s home to over 5,000 residents who appreciate the town’s tranquility, strong sense of community, and scenic surroundings.

Surrounded by the verdant beauty of the Cumberland Plateau, Dunlap’s environment provides abundant outdoor recreational opportunities. From the pristine waters of the Sequatchie River to the hiking trails around the stunning Signal Mountain, there is plenty to explore. One notable attraction is the Hang Gliding Park, where locals and tourists alike can experience exhilarating views of the valley from the sky. Additionally, the town is also famous for its annual Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum’s “Autumn Leaf Special” excursion train that provides passengers with a breathtaking view of the fall colors in the valley. With its rich history, vibrant community spirit, and natural beauty, Dunlap, Tennessee is a hidden gem in the heart of the Sequatchie Valley.


Our long-term RV sites offer 20, 30, or 50 amp electrical service. Our price includes electric, water, sewer, and trash for up to two people and a maximum of two non-aggressive pets. High-speed internet is available but not furnished. Prices start at $500 per month with a $250 refundable deposit with a thirty-day notice of departure.
